Pink Diamond Official has a strict No returns, No refunds policy in place due to sanitary purposes.

Once an order has been placed it can not be canceled.

Once an order gets shipped we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. If for any reason an order is delayed we can not be responsible.
